We take pride in the quality of every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please review the following policy before initiating a return or exchange.
Standard Returns
We accept returns and exchanges on standard (non-customized) items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on eligible standard items within the 30-day return window. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us before sending the item back. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
- Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Customized & Personalized Items — Final Sale
All customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes, but is not limited to, items that have been:
- Engraved, embroidered, or printed with custom text or graphics.
- Made to specific measurements, colors, or configurations requested by the customer.
- Built or manufactured to a custom order specification.
We strongly encourage customers to review all customization details carefully before placing an order. If you believe a customized item was produced incorrectly due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will work to resolve the issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items returned after the 30-day return window.
- Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by us.
- Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.
- Gift cards or store credits.
