We want to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below so you know what to expect.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Custom and made-to-order items may require additional production time. Estimated lead times will be noted on the product page or communicated at the time of order.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via [UPS / FedEx / USPS — choose your carrier(s)]. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You will see all available shipping options and their costs before completing your purchase.
Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Any current promotions will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.
5. Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [your email address] and we will do our best to make the correction before the order ships.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
- If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported missing. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier office first.
7. Local Pickup
If you are local to our area, we may offer local pickup as an option at checkout. If available, pickup instructions and scheduling details will be provided in your order confirmation.
8. International Shipping
